I too am routed to this DOT4-002 port, which I do not understand. I try sending test outputs to the printer from Control Panel, and the PC doctor, with no results. The printer will whirr like it wants to print something, but it does not physically print. After I did that, I can get the computer and the printer to communicate to each other. I have the exact same circumstance! I tried moving the printer from an Ethernet connection to a USB connection. ![]()
